Returns & Exchanges
The goal of CAPUS is to ensure complete satisfaction to the Buyer in regard to products carrying the brand name "CARPUS" on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" and "Products", respectively). If for any reason the Buyer is unsatisfied with the purchase order ("Order"), unworn, unused and unaltered Products with all tags still attached may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days from the day when the Products are delivered to Buyer, Products being returned via courier must be shipped via the courier indicated by the Seller or through other approved shipping methods as indicated on the return form.
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Carpus items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns after 30 days.
What's the returns process?
We offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD $17 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

Exchanges
How do I exchange an item?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size or another color, please place a new order in our online store. We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning qualifies for a return, is unused, and in new condition. We'll send you a return label for the original item (at your cost).
